Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to rent or operate any of our boats.
  • A valid form of ID and, where applicable, a boating license must be presented before rental.
  • The person renting the boat is responsible for all passengers and ensuring all passengers abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Rental Period & Use

  • Rentals are offered on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
  • Boats must be returned to the agreed location on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • The boat must be used for recreational purposes only, within the designated areas and waterways.
  • Zero Noise: Our boats are designed to provide a noise-free experience, ensuring a peaceful journey.
  • Zero Fuel Costs: Boats are electric-powered, so no fuel charges will apply. Recharging is the responsibility of ZERO4EVER.

Damage, Loss, & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat, equipment, or third-party property during the rental period.
  • Any repairs or replacements caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to adhere to safety regulations will be charged to the renter.
  • ZERO4EVER is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the rental period.

Safety Regulations

  • All passengers must wear life jackets at all times.
  • The renter agrees to follow all boating safety guidelines provided at the time of rental.
  • No alcohol or drugs are permitted on board. Renters found under the influence may be fined and their rental canceled without a refund.
  • Boats are equipped with safety kits and emergency communication devices. The renter must know how to use these in case of an emergency.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • ZERO4EVER reserves the right to cancel reservations due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, a full refund or rebooking option will be provided.

Weather Conditions

  • The renter is responsible for checking weather conditions before departure. ZERO4EVER reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unsafe weather.
  • Refunds or rescheduling will be provided in the case of cancellations due to weather-related issues.

Rental Charges & Payment

  • Rental fees are due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Any additional charges, including damage fees or late return penalties, will be charged to the card on file.

Privacy Policy

ZERO4EVER is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

ZERO4EVER reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon posting.

Disclaimer

  • While ZERO4EVER strives to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the rental period, except where caused by our own negligence.
  • ZERO4EVER is not responsible for disruptions caused by environmental factors, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By renting a boat with ZERO4EVER, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to any part of these terms may result in termination of the rental agreement and possible additional charges.
